Andrew W. Flood

Andrew graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh cum laude with a major in Political Science, and minors in Criminal Justice and Law & Policy in 2021. During his studies, Andrew received the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence due to outstanding academic achievement and community leadership. He received his J.D. from Marquette University Law School with a Certificate in Litigation in 2024 while graduating in the top 25% of his class. Andrew also received CALI awards for Mental Health Law and Appellate Writing & Advocacy.

While attending law school, Andrew was a criminal law clerk for the Honorable Jennifer R. Dorow drafting decisions, orders, and memorandums. He also served as a research assistant for Professor Scott Idleman for issues of constitutional law and interpretation. After that and before joining the firm, Andrew worked at the Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office where he gained experience in criminal pre-trial negotiations, investigations, and litigation.

At Marquette, Andrew was involved in the Moot Court Executive Board where he coordinated the National Moot Court Competition for Marquette University. He also participated in the Siegenthaler-Sutherland National Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C. at the Catholic University of America. Andrew was also inducted into the Pro Bono Society by volunteering more than 120 hours of legal services.

Andrew is a Wisconsin native of Lake Country and even called the Fox Valley home for a period of time. Being active in both communities, Andrew was the director of a volunteer legal clinic at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh for students facing criminal charges, or civil lawsuits. In the Lake County area, Andrew has been a firefighter for the last seven years and is the third generation of his family doing so.
