Milwaukee, WI — The Milwaukee, Wisconsin based trial and litigation law firm, Gimbel, Reilly, Guerin & Brown, LLP (GRGB), is pleased to announce the addition of Attorney Victoria “Tori” Dietel-Bargender to the firm’s family law and civil litigation teams. Tori worked at GRGB as a law clerk while attending Marquette University Law School. She was admitted to practice in Wisconsin in May of 2025 upon graduation.

Tori graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a double major in Political Science and Communication Studies with an emphasis in Advocacy and Criticism. During her undergraduate studies, Tori interned at the La Crosse County Public Defender’s Office.

During law school, Attorney Dietel-Bargender volunteered with several clinics through Marquette’s Office of Public Service. She provided legal services with the assistance of licensed attorneys with the Veteran’s Services Clinic, the Rural Communities Clinic, and the Wills for Heros program. She has been inducted into the Posner Exchange & Honor Society for dedicating 50+ hours of pro-bono legal services while in law school. Tori was also selected to be a Public Interest Law Society Summer Fellow with the West Allis City Attorney’s Office.

Tori completed two internships with the Milwaukee County Corporation Council and the Wisconsin Elections Commission as well. She also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Marquette Benefits and Social Welfare Law Review (MBSWLR).
