This distinguished honor is limitedto 2.5% of State Bar members and recognizes exceptional professional achievement.
Jason Luczak is recognized as one of Wisconsin’s leading trial lawyers, known for his extensive jury trial experience and tenacity. He serves as a professor of law at Marquette University Law School and has received multiple honors, including the Kuchler-Nicholson-Stilling Sensitive Crimes Award from the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has also been recognized by the Wisconsin Law Journal, named a “Rising Star in Law” and “Notable Litigator and Trial Attorney” by BizTimes Media, and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
Nicole Masnica specializes in complex trial-level litigation and appeals throughout Wisconsin and in federal court. Her primary focus is on high-profile and serious felonies, including homicide, sensitive crimes, and white-collar cases. Nicole is also a professor in trial advocacy at Marquette University Law School and received the honor of the Kuchler-Nicholson-Stilling Sensitive Crimes Award.
