Ray Dall'Osto is fondly known as the true believer of the firm, a tough litigator who has dedicated his career to defending and protecting the constitutional and civil rights of his clients. Before he joined GRGB in 1990, Ray served as First Assistant Public Defender in charge of the Milwaukee Public Defender's office from 1989 to 1990. Prior to that, he was an Assistant State Public Defender in the Milwaukee Felony Division from 1980 onward, and was Legal Director of the Wisconsin branch of the American Civil Liberties Union from 1978 to 1980. Ray's criminal defense practice is complemented by his substantial expertise in constitutional law and civil rights. The majority of the cases he takes involve a government entity's refusal to recognize the rights of individuals or attempt to limit or take away those rights. Ray believes it's his duty to swing the sword for those who need it. He makes it a point to get to know personally and to understand his clients in order to properly represent them, and he refuses to give up until his clients' rights are honored.
