Kathryn Keppel joined GRGB in 1989. Her experience with the firm began in 1985, when she worked as a law clerk during her final year of law school. The author of scores of appellate and trial court briefs in all areas of the firm's practice, Kathy is the firm's "wordsmith" and gives the firm a distinctive written voice. She has successfully briefed winning appeals in matters as diverse as contract interpretation, spousal support, criminal and civil rights cases and procedural matters. In addition, she handles a large percentage of the firm's pretrial litigation obligations, including product liability defense, and a variety of civil and criminal matters.
Kathy also is extremely committed to charitable causes, foremost among which isThe ALS Association-Wisconsin Chapter. Kathy serves as the Chapter's Secretary, a member of the Board of Directors, and a member of the planning committee for the Chapter's annual black tie gala, the Evening of Hope.
